How To Create a Free Giveaway And Generate Leads

Today we are going to take a look at how to create a free giveaway so you can generate more leads for your business.

If this is your first time creating your own free giveaway, don’t panic because i am going to tell you how to create a free giveaway in just couple simple steps. So with that said, let’s get into it.

First of all, before you start creating your free giveaway, i want you to think about, who is your target market. The second thing that you need to think about is, what are the problems of your target market. If you don’t know your target market and what problems they have, you will have a hard time to create a free giveaway.

But don’t worry, things are not so complicated as they look!

Here is an example of a target market and their problems so you can get an idea what i am talking about.

How To Find Your Target Market

 

I’ve seen many people explain how to find your target market, but i will give you my own version. This is mainly because people tend to make everything so had and personally, i don’t think that is hard at all. Here are some examples of finding your target market…

  • People who want to lose weight
  • People who want to make money from home
  • People who want to travel
  • People who are in real estate
  • People who want to gain muscle
  • and etc…

Most of the time, your target market will be something like:

  • Whatever You’re Doing + Relevant To Your Business/Service People

Example of NonTargeted Market

Let’s say that you’re in the weight loss industry and you want to get more customers for you new and amazing product. So the two questions are, who are you going to target and who is your target market.

  1. People who want to lose weight and get fit (OR)
  2. People who want to know how to sell cars

If you think like me, then you will choose the first option mainly because they are our target market.

How To Solve Your target Markets Problems

 

Here is where your free giveaway will solve their problems of your target market. If you still get confused about how to solve your target market’s problems, it simply means that your free giveaway will contain instructions, tips or strategies that will help the people (target market) get closer to what they want to achieve.

So what can your free giveaway be about?

Here are some Examples

  • How To Lose 5-10 pounds in less than 2 weeks without exercising in the gym
  • How To Generate Your First 10+ Leads And Make 2+ Sales Every single Day Using Facebook

Although the above mentioned are simply an example, make NOTE that you have to know how to create a landing page that converts. After all, you’re creating a free giveaway to generate leads, build trust and help other people get closer to their goals and dreams.

WOW! So far so good… let’s move on!

So how do you create a free giveaway in just a couple of steps even if you’re not an expert! This is very simple and i want you to read very carefully from now on OK! Here is where i will share with you a very cool website that will make your life easier and it will help you create a free giveaway in an hour or less.

The website that i am talking about is called “Google”! And yes, i was trying to make a joke 🙂

Anyway, here is what i want you to do next. Go to google and type in the search box something relevant to your business, target market, product or service.

Here’s and Example

Because i am in the network marketing industry, most people struggle with lead generation. Now that i know that (their problem), i can go to google and type something like “How to generate more leads for business” and press the search button.

Now comes the not so fun part. Take a notebook and start looking for the most relevant pieces of content that google gives you.

NOTE: You don’t have to waste 5 hours just to find the best blog post or video out there, just find 3-5 blog post or videos, OK! Great!

After that, start taking notes of relevant to your business, target market, product or service tips and solutions that can help someone else. After you’re done taking notes, go over your notes and choose what’s worth for your free giveaway.

NOTE: If you’re thinking to apply the old fashion “Copy” and “Paste” technique, DON’T DO THAT!

Instead, go over your notes, read them and simply create your own version by using your notes to help you out.

NOTE: Please don’t get too crazy about this and spend 2 days just to make something simple like 5-10 pages free giveaway!

After you’re done with your free giveaway, go to Fiverr and pay someone to make you a cool looking cover or go to Canva and make one for free. After that, it’s simple sharing your free giveaway with your target market.

Depending on your industry, you can share your free giveaway on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, create a youtube video and mention your free giveaway at the end of your video or start advertising on facebook.
